When Royal Enfield launched the Hunter 350 in August 2022 it grabbed a lot of attention. It is the third bike from Royal Enfield which is based on brand’s new J-series platform. The bike became popular right from the start due to its roadster type design that offers supreme agility and ease of riding. Over 1 lakh Hunter 350 models have been sold till date.
RE Hunter 350 1 Lakh Sales
In just 6 months of launch the Hunter 350 has recorded a sales milestone of 1 lakh models. Royal Enfield launched this bike on 7 August 2022 at a price tag of ₹1.50 lakh (ex-showroom). This means that Royal Enfield sold around 16,500+ models of Hunter 350 per month on an average.
In first month of launch the Hunter 350 sales were at 18,197 models. This was followed by 17,118 models in September 2022 and 15,445 models in October 2022 due to huge demand of the bike. Royal Enfield recorded sales of first 50,000 models of Hunter 350 in November 2022.
Hunter 350 – Engine & Specs
Royal Enfield offers 349cc single-cylinder and oil cooled engine in Hunter 350. This engine puts out 20.2 BHP and 27 Nm with 5-speed manual gearbox on offer. Braking duties are handled by a disc brake at the front and disc/drum at the rear. It gets an option of both single-channel and dual-channel ABS.
Hunter 350 rides on 17-inch wheels and comes with digital instrument cluster with optional tripper navigation pod. It is currently one of the most affordable Royal Enfield on offer. Customers can buy this bike in two variants – Retro & Metro. The Metro variant gets 6 colour options out of the 8 colour variants on offer with the bike. The Hunter 350 rivals the Honda CB350, Jawa 42 and TVS Ronin in its segment.
