At present battery pack is the most expensive component in electric vehicles. Due to excessive demand prices of lithium are very high and that’s why batteries take the price of electric vehicles really very high.
Apart from limited use battery pack cost is another factor that makes many customers avoid buying electric vehicles. However sales of electric vehicles specially electric two-wheelers has seen a significant growth in past few years due to rising fuel cost. With time we expect the prices to cool down.
