- Maruti Suzuki Ciaz now gets 3 new dual tone colours – Grandeur Grey, Dignity Brown and Opulent Red

Maruti Suzuki has updated its flagship sedan Ciaz for the year 2023. It includes new colours and added safety features. The update came at the time when 2023 Hyundai Verna launch is just around the corner. 2023 Maruti Ciaz now gets ESP with hill hold assist as standard.
Apart from added safety feature Maruti Suzuki has also introduced three new dual-tone colours on the sedan. The three colours are Opulent Red, Grandeur Grey and Dignity Brown. These new colours are only available in the top-spec Alpha variant.
Earlier Maruti Suzuki used to offer ESP and Hill hold assist only in automatic variants of Alpha, Zeta and Delta trims. All other features on the sedan like touchscreen infotainment, cruise control, dual airbags etc remain unchanged.
2023 Maruti Ciaz Price
Even though Maruti Suzuki has added some features the price of the sedan is same as of before. Price of the sedan starts at ₹9.29 lakh and goes upto ₹12.19 lakh (ex-showroom).
Dual tone colours of the 2023 Ciaz costs ₹16,000 more and this takes the pricing of top-spec Alpha variant to ₹12.35 lakh (ex-showroom) for automatic and ₹11.15 lakh (ex-showroom) for manual.
2023 Maruti Ciaz Engine
The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz is powered by 1.5-litre petrol engine that puts out 104 PS of power and 138 Nm of torque. The car gets both manual and automatic transmission options. Maruti Suzuki launched the Ciaz in Nexa Black Edition few days ago. Not just Ciaz but all Nexa models including Ignis, Grand Vitara, Baleno and XL6 too were launched in the Nexa Black Edition.
This sedan rivals Volkswagen Virtus, Skoda, Slavia, Honda City and Hyundai Verna. Both Honda City and Hyundai Verna will get interesting updates next month.
